What is the narration code?
A unique 10‑character alphanumeric code generated for each deposit session. You must include it in your bank transfer description. If you forget it, your deposit will be rejected.
How long is the contract?
All VIP plans run for 365 days (1 year). When you upgrade to a higher VIP tier, the counter resets to 365 days for the new plan.
Can I withdraw anytime?
Yes, withdrawals are processed Monday–Saturday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (WAT). Minimum withdrawal is ₦500. 10% processing fee applies. Only 1 pending withdrawal at a time.
